From your home to the Trondheim counter

How we work

1. 1

   Before you leave, remotely

   We review your situation: employment contract, job search, founding your own company, own funds, family coming with you. From it we draw the order of the procedures and their dates, starting with the three-month deadline for registration.

   We accompany you through the online pre-registrations and the forms, draw up with you the list of documents that apply to you, check which ones need translating, and guide you through booking the appointments.

2. 2

   Arrival

   We welcome you at Trondheim-Værnes airport. At the SUA appointment, the one-stop counter for foreign nationals, we are at your side with a file sorted and numbered, one document per procedure, in the order the officer will ask for them.

3. 3

   The first weeks

   We accompany you until each application is completed: identity number, tax card, registration certificate, bank account and BankID. Letters from the authorities are explained to you in your language.

Who it is for

• Citizens of the European Union and the European Economic Area moving to Norway for more than three months.
• Those whom no employer accompanies through the procedures — employees of a small business, people living on their own funds, spouses and families who follow.
• Business founders setting up their own Norwegian company. Founding a limited company (AS)
• Alone, as a couple or as a family.

Our commitments

We went through these procedures for ourselves, with a firm billing by the hour. What we learned there fits in six lines.

• A fixed price, not hours: the price is written before the first exchange, and no exchange between us is ever billed.
• You only say things once: one record per household, reused in every form and every file.
• Your documents belong to you: articles of association, memorandum of incorporation, shareholder register, counter files — handed over, never kept.
• No letter sleeps: every letter from the authorities that concerns you is read, explained and dealt with in your language — a forgotten letter is a lost access code or a deadline running out.
• Your company in your municipality: the business is registered where you live — employer's contributions are 14.1 % in Oslo and 10.6 % in a municipality such as Selbu.
• A mistake on our part is never billed.

Where

Welcome and accompaniment at the counter take place in the Trondheim region. Remote preparation applies to the whole of Norway.
